UFAD - The cleaner option
What is UFAD?
UFAD (under floor air distribution) is a distribution method that introduces conditioned (filtered) air underneath the occupants feet, we can improve ventilation efficiency and the indoor air quality due to the simple fact that we are effectively pushing the polluted air out of the occupied zone and introducing the occupants to fresh conditioned air, removing contaminants from the space quickly and effortlessly.

Raised access floor is made up of interchangeable panels, the air is free to move under the floor (negating ductwork) the flexibility of the space is endless

Free cooling.
Free cooling utilizes the buildings mechanical system, specifically the economizer. Due to higher supply temperatures, UFAD can increase the amount of free cooling hours, saving energy and money.

Who is AirFixture?

What is an Air Tower? – An air tower is a compact, vertically-oriented downblast air handling unit designed to minimize equipment and mechanical room space. Air tower units are specifically designed for use with UFAD (Underfloor Air Distribution) HVAC systems.

Linear trench heaters
Working with major raised access floor manufacturers, AirFixture developed the first self-supported packaged linear heating and cooling trough units. Linear troughs provide high capacity airflow without restricting under floor volume and are available as perimeter heating+cooling / heating-only / cooling-only systems.
